SRT provides public agencies with state and federal grant and loan assistance from the application process through the administration of funding agreements during and post-construction. SRT has helped dozens of water and wastewater agencies, and municipalities strategically identify applicable funding opportunities and successfully secure grants and/or low interest loans. We work with our clients to understand their project funding needs and identify potential funding opportunities for those projects. We develop strategic funding plans to guide clients in an understanding of the funding programs and which ones best align with their project, schedule, and resources.

Our funding experience includes local infrastructure improvement initiatives, State Revolving Fund loans and grants, Bureau of Reclamation WaterSMART grants, Title XVI funding, the Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) funding, Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA), FEMA, and Cal OES Hazard Mitigation Program. We are proficient in utilizing the FEMA BCA Toolkit to complete Benefit Cost Analyses and BCA Methodology.

We also guide our clients through the funding process, helping them to understand the post-funding award requirements. Through our turn-key funding experience, we offer on-going funding administration support to assist funding recipients in complying with the monitoring and reporting terms of their funding agreements.
