Project Description

For more than a decade, SRT has performed ongoing hydraulic modeling and engineering design for Stanford University’s water systems. We have converted old models into InfoWater software and regularly perform updates to keep the model current with system improvements. We continue to provide modeling services to analyze and optimize system performance and evaluate system operations. Our modeling analyses have included pressure and fire flow capacity modeling, demand analysis, and capital improvement planning. We have created an EPS (Extended Period Simulation) model for Stanford, which has provided additional analysis capabilities. We inventoried and assessed conditions at all pump stations and reservoirs to assist with budget and maintenance planning.
